Trad Boat Festival 2027
Exhibitors &Traders
Our online booking system is open for the 2027 Trad. Enquiries are invited from anyone wishing to trade, cater, or take exhibition space. On Lower Meadow we again ask traders and exhibitors to use tents erected by our supplier, Bucks Wigwams, who have considerably increased their stock. Rental includes a tent, pagoda or pavilion (depending on what is booked) ready for occupation on Wednesday afternoon.
Upper Meadow plots are priced without tents and allow traders the flexibilty to bring their own tents, or to order through our supplier.
Please complete the booking form and let us know your requirements. 2026 prices are held until the end of December. Prices for 2027 will published in due course.
Whatever your trade we wish you every success for the weekend! Priority campsite bookings are available to all entrants until 1st April.

Members of the Committee look forward to meeting as many exhibitors and traders as possible at the informal pre-Festival get-together at the onsite Crooked Billet pub from early Thursday evening until closing time. Great a la carte menu and good music!

On Saturday and Sunday, we are encouraging boat owners, traders and visitors to adopt “Period Dress” Victorian, Edwardian, up to the 50’s according to the age of the boats) to “embrace the spirit of the event”.
