Your assistance will help keep this event alive !

The Festival is run by volunteers and we are very grateful for all the help we get, on Festival days and during set-up and tear-down. It's a lot of fun and you get to meet all sorts of other like minded enthusiasts with a common purpose.

Just two hours (or more) of your time on any day will make a huge difference.

Below are listed all the areas and jobs that we do where help is always required. Please indicate which you would be prepared to assist with and when.   Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Volunteering duties could include -

assisting with Moorings, Exhibitors, directing Vintage and Classic cars, Meet and Greet at the main gate & HQ tent, manning Entry and Ticket desks including 'Alaska' and Hobbs Ferry, Programme distribution, Wristband checking, and much more . . .

Please click the button below to email us to let us know when you would like to volunteer, and whether you can assist with set-up and tear-down. In the set-up week we need practical help with marking up the site, erecting fencing, signage, placing tables and chairs etc., and the reverse for teardown on Monday/Tuesday following the event, culminating in the Grand Litter Pick, an event in itself and not to be missed!
